An Example of Great Customer Service

Business

Recently I purchased custom embroidered shirts for our Bili Blanket company.  The set up and ordering experience was exceptional.  Everything was handled on-line in a professional manner with ease.  The shirts arrived as promised and the quality of the stitching and shirt was incredible.

Within a couple of weeks one of the shirts developed a tear along a seam near the buttons.  A small enough tear that could easily be mended.  However, the company has a promise to keep all clients happy and therefore a return and exchange policy like none I have seen before from an on-line vendor.  I was looking forward to challenging their policy to see if they really live up to their claim.

Life got busy and I did not take action as quickly as I wanted.  It was a rather trivial issue considering all of the circumstances occurring in my life at the time.  However, before I could make the call, Ed from the company called me.  They wanted to check on the order and make sure everything was as expected.  I mentioned the tear in the shirt.  Without skipping a beat, Ed offered either a replacement shirt or credit with the company.  No fuss.  No questions.  I offered to return the torn shirt which he declined.  (How could they reuse it anyway as it is custom?)  WIthin 3 days the new shirt was in process and on the 4th day was in the mail to me.

The company is Queensboro Shirt Company.  I highly recommend them for any custom or embroidered work you need done.  If you have a  company or sports team, their e-store program is pretty cool as well.

It goes without saying that I highly recommend Queensboro.  We will use them for all of our logo’d items as our business expands.
